Please make sure you comply with the check list below before ordering SSL Certificates:

 
GeoTrust SSL on a VPS Virtual Private Server or VPS and VPS Hosting
You are an existing WebKeepers Customer using any Virtual Private Server (VPS) plan.
 
GeoTrust SSL on a VPS Virtual Private Server or VPS and VPS Hosting
The domain/site you wish to add SSL certificate has a DEDICATED IP.
 
GeoTrust SSL on a VPS Virtual Private Server or VPS and VPS Hosting
The domain/site you are adding SSL to must reflect the complete hostname that you want to secure. For example, if you want to secure "www.domain.com", your browser will ONLY be secured if your URL is: https://www.domain.com. If your visitors type https://domain.com the browser will display a warning and the site will NOT be secured by the SSL Certificate.
Another sample, if you ordered SSL for "shop.myshop.com" then https://shop.myshop.com is secured, but https://myshop.com is NOT.
 
GeoTrust SSL on a VPS Virtual Private Server or VPS and VPS Hosting
The domain registration (WHOIS) contact email address is active and valid. This contact needs to review and approve the certificate request sent by Geotrust via email.
